Manufacturer [153*7341*4170] Shijiazhuang Railway Cement Barrier Manufacturer (Precast Unit Price) High-Speed Rail Concrete Subgrade Fence Installation
The railway protection fences are divided into two types according to the railway design general drawings: the general line 8001m railway protection fence and the general line 8002m railway protection fence. The types of railway isolation fences are distinguished by the different styles of the two. The general line 8001m features a 30° arc at the top, while the general line 8002m is a straight sheet without any arc. This article provides a detailed introduction to the general line 8001m railway protection fence product.
One. Types of Protective Fencing
1.8m high reinforced concrete barrier with 0.5m barbed wire roll cage
2.2m high reinforced concrete barrier with 0.5m barbed wire roll cage
(3) 2.7m High Reinforced Concrete Security Fence Metal Mesh Panels (with Folded Corners), Outer Side Fitted with Barbed Wire Rollers
(4) 1.8m High Reinforced Concrete Security Fence
(5) 1.8m High Reinforced Concrete Pile Metal Mesh Security Fence
II. Terms of Use
(1) New Railway Construction
High-speed rail lines designed for speeds of 200 km/h and above use 2.2m high reinforced concrete guardrails with a 0.5m roll of barbed wire; for rail lines designed for speeds below 200 km/h, a standard 1.8m high reinforced concrete guardrail is typically used.
(2) Under-construction Railway Project
Designs for railway lines with a speed of 200 km/h or more, sections equipped with metal guardrails should have barbed wire rolls installed on the outer side; sections without railway isolation mesh should be set according to the standards of new railway projects, with guardrails to be placed within 0.5 meters of the land boundary.
(3) Existing railway reconstruction projects
Section 3: This section mainly introduces reinforced concrete column metal mesh protection fence
Reinforced concrete pillars and metal mesh fence barriers consist of pillars, mesh panels, and connecting parts, with a protective height of 1.8 meters.
Pole
Pillars are made of precast C30 reinforced concrete, with a cross-sectional size of 120mm×120mm and a height of 2.2 meters. During precasting, a 42mm×42mm square hole is left at the center of the top, with a depth of 150mm. During installation, a Q235 square tube with a connection plate and sealed end is inserted, and sealed water material is used to fill the gaps. The square tube specifications are 40mm×40mm with a thickness of 2.5mm. The length of the short tube insertion end is 150mm, with the exposed portion folded outward at a 30° angle, and a vertical height of 300mm. Three 12mm circular holes are pre-drilled at the corresponding positions on the pillar, and the connection plates are secured during installation with bolts.
(2) Metal Mesh Sheets
Metal mesh panels are constructed with Q235 short tube frames, 30mm x 50mm in size, with a tube thickness of 2.0mm. The internal mesh wires are made of HPB300 6.5mm high tensile steel wire, cold drawn, in a 75mm x 150mm configuration. The top is folded outward at a 30° angle, with a vertical height of 300mm.
(3) Connector plate and bolt
Pole connection plates and mesh connection plates use 90° bend Q235 steel plates, thickness 4.0mm, available in three types (A, B, C) depending on the installation location.
The connecting plates and bolts are made of Q235 steel and zinc-plated, with a zinc coating of 270g/㎡.
(4) Basic
The foundation design of protective fences should consider factors such as regional wind pressure, soil (rock) conditions, freezing depth, and impact resistance requirements, adjusting the dimensions reasonably while ensuring the stability of the protective fence.
When embedding the pillar, the position should be strictly controlled. After positioning, use C25 concrete for casting, ensuring the pillar does not shift in either the longitudinal or lateral direction and remains vertically aligned. The pillar support can be removed only after the concrete foundation reaches 70% of the designed strength.
(5) Gate Fencing
Gates are set up according to the needs of equipment inspection and maintenance work for civil engineering, electrical engineering, and other operations.
The reinforced concrete column metal mesh fence can be designed with either a single door or double doors. The single door width is 1.5m, while the double door width is 3m. The mesh design is consistent with the fence, and it is connected to the column via pivot pins and sleeves.
Set "No Entry" warning signs during the prefabrication of the pillars. The door should be locked and waterproof.
(6) Transportation and Installation
Pillars, top and bottom headers, and column caps should be protected during transportation, with options like straw mats, rice husks, sawdust, or other shock-absorbing materials added. The stacking layers should not exceed five vertically and the height should not be more than 600mm. Metal mesh panels and connecting components should be effectively packaged to prevent damage. Reinforced concrete panel sections should be arranged vertically with shock-absorbing materials inserted to prevent impacts.
