Hot melt line painting is a widely used road marking technique in our country. It boasts short construction time, high wear resistance, and low cost.

Hot Melt Line Marking Construction Process:

1. Reflective thermoplastic road marking, with glass bead primer and petroleum resin thermoplastic paint.

2. Place the paint in the hot melt machine and heat it, controlling the temperature of the melted paint between 180°C and 220°C. Stir thoroughly for about 10 minutes before applying.

3. Mark the positions and measure, then apply the primer paint as indicated by the design icons and graphics on the marked drawings.

4. Apply the undercoat first, then proceed with the hot melt paint. Sprinkle reflective glass beads while painting the lines to enhance night visibility. The line thickness is 1. to 2mm.
