When the wire rope has rust and dirt, brush it off with a wire brush and oil it.
The steel wire rope reels should be placed in a clean and dry area, and must not be stacked in layers.
3. When oiling wire rope, soak the core with hot oil, then wipe off any excess grease.
Do not abruptly change the hoisting speed when using wire ropes to avoid impacts.

Do not allow the wire rope to form sharp angle bends during use.
7. If oil droplets are extruded from the surface of the wire rope during use, it indicates that the rope has been subjected to a significant amount of force. At this point, stop increasing the load and conduct an inspection.
