212 Type Single Face Mechanical Seal
Mechanical seals composed of a pair of sealed end faces. Features: 1. The single-end face mechanical seal structure is simple, easy to manufacture and install, commonly used for media with good self-lubrication and allowing for minor leakage. It is a commonly used type of mechanical seal. 2. Not suitable for media that is toxic, flammable, explosive, or has strict requirements for leakage amount. Applicable to mechanical seals for glass-lined mixing containers with a nominal pressure of less than or equal to 0.4MPa, working temperatures between greater than -20 to 200°C, and impeller outer diameters of 40-140mm with rotational axis speeds less than 2m/S. Utilizes a single-end face with a small spring and PTFE bellows.
Operating Condition: Corrosive gases (except HF) without suspended particles; Single-end mechanical seal working principle: A device that prevents fluid leakage, consisting of a sealing surface perpendicular to the rotational axis that maintains contact and relative sliding under the action of fluid pressure, compensating mechanism elasticity, and the cooperation of auxiliary seals.
