Enamel-lined equipment involves applying a high-silicon content porcelain glaze to the surface of a metallic iron base, followed by multiple high-temperature firings around 900°C to ensure the glaze adheres tightly to the iron base. Consequently, it boasts the dual advantages of glass-like chemical stability and metallic strength. Enamel-lined equipment is widely used in industrial production and scientific research across various industries, such as chemicals, dyes, organic synthesis, petroleum, food manufacturing, and defense, for processes including reactions, evaporation/condensation, synthesis, polymerization, saponification/sulfonation, chlorination, and nitration, replacing stainless steel and non-ferrous metal equipment.
Corrosion Resistance: Highly resistant to various concentrations of inorganic acids, organic acids, organic solvents, and weak alkalis. However, it is not suitable for strong alkalis, hydrofluoric acid, media containing fluoride ions, and phosphoric acid with a concentration greater than 30% at temperatures above 180°C.
Impact Resistance: The mechanical impact resistance index is 220 x 10-3J; avoid impacts from hard objects during use.
Insulation: The porcelain surface has undergone rigorous testing with a 20KV high-voltage test.
Thermal Resistance: Withstanding rapid temperature changes, cold shock at 110°C and thermal shock at 120°C.
