Hello to all Tang glass equipment users in Yangyang, Jiangsu. During the actual use of glazed reactor and other industrial ceramic equipment, due to process requirements, it is necessary to monitor the material density inside the glazed reactor. However, the medium inside the reactor has a certain degree of corrosiveness, and glazed reactors are generally pressure vessels with a certain pressure, which cannot be tested with open containers. This poses a significant inconvenience to many glazed equipment. Below are several explanations on how to measure the density of the internal material in glazed reactors, hoping they will be helpful to you:
1. If users of glass-lined reactors require material density testing, they should specify the need for a density gauge when purchasing the glass-lined reactor. This way, we will pre-allocate an installation interface for the density gauge on the reactor's lid or create two interfaces on the cylinder side, typically in the form of a flat weld flange connection.
The density meter used for the enamel-lined reactor should be designed in a similar style to the enamel-lined temperature sleeve tube and directly inserted into the reaction material within the reactor or directly mounted on the cylinder side with a flanged density meter.
3. Density Meter Selection: The characteristics of the material, including pH level, temperature, viscosity, etc., must be considered when selecting a density meter based on the actual operating conditions.
4. Glass Lined Reactor Density Meter Display: Installed at the top or side of the density meter, equipped with a sensor linked to the bottom probe. Optional for on-site digital display; for DCS display, choose a gauge with a 4-20mA signal output.
