Product Details

Tubular aeration blowers are widely used in water treatment, primarily for aeration in urban sewage and organic industrial wastewater treatment. They offer various advantages such as simple structure, high oxygen utilization, reliable performance, non-clogging orifices, no backflow of wastewater, uniform circumferential stress, long lifespan, easy installation and maintenance, and cost-effective systems. The small bubble diameter maintains a high oxygen conversion rate while also achieving mixing and stirring effects. Additionally, the tubular aeration blowers feature a self-closing orifice structure, which makes the micropores less prone to clogging, and they are easy to install and disassemble, as well as energy-efficient.

The working principle of a tube aerator involves using the pressure generated by an air compressor or blower to deliver air to the interior of the aerator. The tiny pores within the aerator ensure the air is evenly distributed throughout the water, creating a multitude of small bubbles. As these bubbles rise in the water, they come into thorough contact with the microorganisms and organic matter in the water, facilitating the transfer of oxygen and the degradation of organic substances. Tube aerators come in various types, including horizontal tube aerators, suspended chain aerators, liftable aerators, and tube microporous aerators, each with its unique features and suitable for different application scenarios.

Despite the tube aerator's advantages such as high efficiency, energy-saving, and reliable operation, it also has some drawbacks, including limited oxygen transfer, tendency to clog, and relatively high operational costs. Due to the narrow pores, oxygen transfer may be restricted during the process, affecting the progression of oxidation reactions. Additionally, tube aerators are prone to clogging by microorganisms, debris, and other substances, necessitating regular cleaning and maintenance. Furthermore, as they require a significant amount of electrical power, the operational costs of tube aerators are relatively high.
