详情描述
Wet electrostatic precipitators are typically installed after wet flue gas desulfurization units. After desulfurization, the saturated flue gas carries a large number of water droplets, which are captured during passage through a high-voltage electric field, reducing the likelihood of stone rain formation. It also effectively collects fine particulate matter PM2.5, acid mist, etc., with dust emissions concentrations reaching <5 mg/cubic meter (depending on operating conditions).
Section II: Advantages of WESP Wet Electrostatic Precipitator
1. Dust collection performance is independent of dust characteristics, effectively capturing sticky or high-resistance dust. It is also suitable for handling high-temperature, high-humidity flue gas, reducing the risk of ignition and explosion. The filtration efficiency can reach over 95% (subject to operating conditions).
2. No secondary dust, the dust emission concentration can be less than 50 mg/Nm³.
3. High reliability due to the absence of rotating parts like those in hammering equipment:
4. Efficiently collects sulfuric acid mist aerosol and sub-micron particles from smoke; 5. Simple structure, reasonable layout, easy operation, small land occupation, internal corrosion prevention with acid and abrasion-resistant mortar lining technology, strong chemical and thermal stability.
Good, long lifespan.
6. The dust collector features a dehydration unit inside, ensuring thorough separation of gas and water. The fan is water-free. Dust removal and desulfurization are simultaneous, eliminating scaling and clogging issues. The washing water is recycled, resulting in low operation costs.
7. High efficiency in removing fine particles, but requires better liquid phase dispersion, with higher power consumption.
Section 3: Main Components of the WESP Wet Electrostatic Precipitator
Bottom intake chamber - Lower housing (internal air distribution plate) - Anode module (integrated circular 0360, 0300 honeycomb conductive glass steel tube bundle) - Cathode system (cathode wires, heavy weights) - Upper housing (cathode frame, backwashing spray) - High-voltage crossflow power supply
WESP wet electrostatic precipitators primarily utilize honeycomb conductive glass steel pipe bundles for equipment production and design, comparable to both honeycomb tube wet electrostatic precipitators and round tube wet electrostatic precipitators. In the same space or with the same size of dust collector, the honeycomb tube wet electrostatic precipitator has a larger dust collection area, and accordingly, it possesses stronger dust removal capacity. Four, the arrangement of WESP wet electrostatic precipitators
The wet electrostatic precipitator system has low resistance, allowing for installation at the top (or at the rear) of the desulfurization absorption tower; the rinse wastewater from the honeycomb conductive glass steel pipe bundle is directly recycled into the desulfurization absorption tower without additional treatment.
