Section 1: Principle of Flue Gas Circulating Fluidized Bed Desulfurization Process
The CFB process installs a fluidized bed tower between the air preheater and dust collector. The bottom of the flue gas tower is where the dried lime powder and moistening water sprayed in contact and react. The flue gas velocity inside the tower is designed to be within a higher range of relative speed between solid/gas two phases, with the material layer in a suspended state. The flue gas SO2 is absorbed by the dried lime to form calcium sulfite. New surfaces constantly appear through friction, participating in the reaction. The particles carried out of the tower by the flue gas are collected by the subsequent dust collector and returned to the absorption tower to react again.
Section 2: Characteristics of Flue Gas Circulation Fluidized Bed Desulfurization Technology
(1) Compact land use, conserving land resources;
(2) High desulfurization and dust removal efficiency, capable of meeting environmental protection standards for a longer period: S02 emission concentration ≤100mg/Nm³, dust emission concentration ≤30mg/Nm³

(4) No wastewater discharge, no secondary pollution.
Raw materials are sourced from waste alkali solution and inexpensive lime, ensuring a stable supply.
The product is in a dry state and can be fully utilized.
The retrofit project can be implemented step by step per furnace, without affecting the normal operation of the thermal power plant.
