We offer single-core tubular ultrafiltration membranes with a molecular weight cut-off of 120,000. The membrane material is modified PVDF, and the maximum operating pressure is 6.2 bar. The membrane tube has a diameter of 25mm and a length of 1120mm. Each membrane has an area of 0.2m², and a single tube can be used in series with 12 other tubes. The average energy consumption of the equivalent system is 1/4 that of ceramic membranes.

Primarily used for the treatment of complex oily wastewater, recovery and standard discharge of emulsified liquids, as well as for the treatment of dyeing, printing, and various chemical wastewater. Combined with downstream membrane treatment, the COD of the permeated water is less than 300, and some can be consumed directly. (Has been successfully applied in the U.S. for nearly 20 years.)

The diameter of the membrane tube is 11mm, the length is 1120mm, and the area of a single membrane is 0.67m². Each membrane tube can be used in series with 12 others. The average energy consumption of the same system is one-fifth that of ceramic membranes.

Yu Wang Company offers PES and PVDF tubular ultrafiltration membranes with tube diameters ranging from 5mm to 12.5mm. The tubular membranes feature excellent strength, resistance to contamination, oxidation, and acid/alkali (pH 1-13), with a pure water flux of up to 750L/m²h.
