Introducing the location selection for concrete mixing stations:
The selection of a batching plant location: It should be situated away from residential areas, on highways with good road transportation conditions, near areas with concentrated concrete volumes. Additionally, it should be close to stone quarries and sand pits, with abundant water sources. Generally, batching plants should be established within a 10km radius of the project. For cases where the concrete volume exceeds the 10km delivery range, the distance can be extended to 15km.
The site planning for the mixing station: The principle is to choose the foundation for the installation of concrete mixing equipment at an open location to shorten the loading cycle of the loader. Additionally, ensure ease of U-turn for transport vehicles. Recommended land area for mixing stations: 90 tons requires 15 acres, 180 tons requires 20 acres, and 240 tons requires 30 acres. Personnel accommodation standard: approximately 6 square meters. Transformer construction standards, weighing house construction standards, and fire protection construction standards are to be implemented according to national industry standards.
