Quick-installation internal combustion three-pass fire-tube steam boiler. Utilizes an offset furnace tube wet-back structure. High-temperature flue gases sequentially pass through the second and third pass smoke tubes, then through the rear smoke chamber and up the chimney. The boiler is equipped with removable front and rear smoke box lids for easy maintenance. The boiler is fitted with high-performance technical equipment, featuring automatic proportional adjustment, automatic water regulation, programmable start and stop, and full automatic operation, as well as automatic protection functions such as high and low water level alarms, extremely low water level, over-pressure, and fireout. This type of boiler boasts compact structure, reliability, simple operation, quick response, low pollution, low noise, and high efficiency.

1. The overall structure of this gas-fired steam boiler is reasonable, compact, and belongs to the boiler island type, meeting the requirements for quick assembly and factory shipment. Upon delivery, the product is composed of three main parts: the boiler main unit, chimney, and piping. The main unit and chimney have been completed within the factory, and the piping valves and instruments matched with the main unit are already installed. Upon arrival at the site, simply connect the main unit and chimney, and the boiler can be tested after the gas, electricity, and water piping are connected. This significantly reduces the cycle time and ensures the product quality.

The main boiler body is an integral structure, with the assembly placed on the front smoke box cover, primarily arranged for the heating surface and room sections.
