WNS Series Fuel (Gas) Steam Boiler Product Introduction

Quick-assembly internal combustion three-pass fire-tube steam boiler. Features an offset furnace tube wet-back structure. High-temperature flue gas sequentially passes through the second and third-pass flue tubes, then exits through the rear smoke chamber and chimney to the atmosphere. The boiler is equipped with removable front and rear smoke chamber lids for easy maintenance. The boiler is fitted with high-performance technical equipment, incorporating advanced technologies such as automatic proportional regulation, automatic water adjustment, programmed start/stop, and fully automatic operation. It also features automatic protection functions including high and low water level alarms, extremely low water level, over-pressure, and extinguishing. This type of boiler is characterized by its compact structure, reliability, simple operation, rapid performance, low pollution, low noise, and high efficiency.

1. The overall structure of this gas steam boiler is rational, compact, and belongs to the boiler island type, meeting the conditions for quick assembly and factory shipment. Upon leaving the factory, the product is composed of three main parts: the boiler unit, chimney, and piping. The boiler unit and chimney sections are already completed in the factory, with the piping valves and instruments pre-installed. Upon arrival at the site, simply connect the main unit and chimney. Power, gas, and water lines can be connected for trial operation. This significantly shortens the cycle and ensures the quality of the product.

2. The boiler design features advanced performance. The main boiler body is an integrated structure, with the shell assembly on the front smoke box cover, primarily arranged for the heating surface and chamber sections. It boasts a rational and compact structure, low steel consumption, and employs an off-set corrugated furnace shell. The insulation layer is made of a new lightweight heat-insulating material, the outer packaging is in colored thin plates, and the shape of the packaging is rectangular.

The boiler boasts superior performance, weight, structural dimensions, and aesthetic design compared to domestically produced products of the same capacity. The water supply equipment is integrated into the boiler base on the right side of the boiler, eliminating the need for an additional foundation.
