Quick-installation, three-pass fire-tube steam boiler with inclined furnace tube and wet-back structure. High-temperature flue gases sequentially pass through the second and third smoke tubes, then exit through the flue and atmosphere. The boiler features removable front and rear smoke chamber lids for easy maintenance. Equipped with high-quality technical performance, it incorporates automatic proportional regulation, automatic water supply adjustment, programmed start and stop, and full-automatic operation. 1. Our gas-fired steam boiler features a rational, compact, and island-type structure, meeting the quick-assembly requirements for factory shipment. Upon delivery, the product is composed of three main parts: the boiler main unit, chimney, and pipelines. Both the main unit and the chimney sections are fully assembled at the factory. The pipelines, valves, and instruments supplied with the main unit are pre-installed. Upon arrival at the site, simply connect the gas, electricity, and water supply lines to start the trial operation. This significantly reduces the assembly cycle and ensures product quality.

2. The boiler design features advanced performance. The main boiler body is of an integrated structure, with the assembly located on the front smoke box cover, and the main body mainly arranged for the heating surface and chamber sections. It boasts a reasonable and compact structure, low steel consumption, and employs an offset corrugated furnace shell. The insulation layer is made of a new type of lightweight insulating material, the outer packaging is in colored thin plate, and the shape of the outer packaging is rectangular.

The boiler boasts superior performance, weight, structural dimensions, and aesthetics compared to domestically produced units of the same capacity. The water supply equipment is configured on the boiler base on the right side of the boiler, integrating it with the main unit and eliminating the need for an additional foundation.

An Organic Heat Carrier Boiler (abbreviated as heating boiler) is a new type of heating equipment that uses coal, oil, gas, and biomass as fuels and flue gas as the heat source. It employs heat transfer oil (such as L-QB, L-QC, L-QD, etc.) as the heat carrier, which is circulated by a forced circulation pump, transferring heat to the heat-consuming equipment and then returning to the heating boiler for reheating. It is a high-temperature, low-pressure, energy-saving device with a heating temperature of up to 340°C and operates at a working pressure below 1.0 MPa, making it reliable due to its liquid phase state.
