Quick-installation, three-pass, fire-tube steam boiler with inclined furnace tube and wet-back structure. High-temperature flue gases sequentially pass through the second and third pass smoke tubes, then through the rear smoke chamber and up the chimney. The boiler features movable front and rear smoke box covers for easy maintenance. Equipped with a technically advanced unit, it incorporates automatic proportional control, automatic water regulation, programmed start/stop, and fully automatic operation. It also boasts automatic protection functions such as high and low water level alarms, extremely low water level, over-pressure, and shutdown protection. This model is characterized by its compact structure, reliability, ease of operation, speed, low pollution, low noise, and high efficiency.

1. The overall structure of this gas-fired steam boiler is rational, compact, and belongs to the boiler island type, meeting the requirements for quick assembly and factory shipment. The product is composed of three main parts upon leaving the factory: the boiler main unit, chimney, and piping. The main unit and chimney sections are already completed within the factory, and the piping valves and instruments supplied with the main unit are pre-installed. Upon arrival at the site, simply connect the main unit and chimney, and the boiler can be tested by connecting the gas, power, and water supply lines. This significantly reduces the cycle time and ensures the quality of the product.

2. The boiler design features advanced performance. The main boiler body is an integrated structure, with the assembly located on the front smoke box cover, primarily arranged for the heating surface and chamber sections. It boasts a reasonable and compact structure, low steel consumption, and employs an offset corrugated furnace shell. The insulation layer is made of a new type of lightweight insulating material, the outer packaging is in colored thin plate, and the shape of the outer packaging is rectangular.

The boiler boasts superior performance, weight, structural dimensions, and aesthetic design compared to domestically produced counterparts of the same capacity. The water supply equipment is configured on the boiler base on the right side of the boiler, integrating it with the main unit and eliminating the need for an additional foundation.
