Fuel/Gas Thermal Oil Boiler is a forced circulation vertical fuel (gas) boiler in assembled form. The boiler's heating surface structure is compact, consisting of inner and outer densely arranged discs. The inner tube forms a radiant heating surface, while the outer surface of the outer tube forms a convective heating surface. The boiler is composed of the upper body and lower combustion chamber, assembled on-site. After combustion is fully completed within the combustion chamber, the hot flue gas is absorbed by the radiant heating surface to capture most of the heat. The high-temperature flue gas then enters the convective heating surface for heat exchange. After leaving the boiler, it heats the air required for combustion in the air preheater and is then sent to the chimney by the induced draft fan for exhaust into the atmosphere. Instructions for Use of Fuel/Gas Thermal Oil Boiler: 1. Operate strictly according to the heating curve. 2. Do not operate if the pressure difference is unstable. 3. Stop the boiler only when the oil temperature drops below 80°C. 4. Ensure good thermal oil circulation during high-temperature operation. 5. Maintain a high liquid level of thermal oil in the high-level tank and a low liquid level in the storage tank during normal operation. 6. The outlet temperature of the oil must not exceed the allowable working temperature of the thermal oil. 7. Do not use water to douse the furnace during emergency shutdown. 8. Do not mix different types of thermal oil. 9. The vent of the storage tank should be connected to a safe area. 10. The initial heating rate must be carried out according to the heating curve. 11. Start the blower before the induced draft fan and stop the induced draft fan before stopping the blower. 12. The boiler room should be equipped with electrical and oil firefighting equipment.
