Y(Q)W Series Fuel (Gas) Organic Heat Carrier Boiler Product Brief

An Organic Heat Carrier Boiler (abbreviated as Heating Furnace) is a new type of heating equipment that uses coal, oil, gas, and biomass as fuel sources and flue gas as the heat source. It employs heat transfer oil (such as L-QB, L-QC, L-QD, etc.) as the heat carrier, which is circulated by a forced circulation pump to transfer heat to the heat-using equipment and then returns to the heating furnace to be reheated. It is a high-temperature, low-pressure, and energy-saving device, with a heating temperature of up to 340°C. It operates at a working pressure below 1.0 MPa and is reliable due to its liquid-phase state.

It also serves the functions of a fire-viewing mirror and maintenance access, facilitating combustion chamber inspection by utilizing the flames during operation.

6. Unique Cigarette Box Sealing

The furnace cover features an integral structure with multi-level labyrinth sealing, utilizing advanced sealing techniques and materials. It boasts excellent compressibility, completely preventing smoke leakage and is reusable.

7. Enhanced Automated Control Measures

Oil temperature control with multi-level protection for medium temperature, pressure, and smoke temperature overshoot settings, ensuring reliable operation.

8. Automatic Control Level

Boiler controllers are equipped with Siemens/DELIXI electrical components, ensuring reliable performance. The controllers come in three types: standard model, bilingual menu with LCD display in both Chinese and English, and screen type with human-machine dialogue and remote control.
