Hekou Group 60 cubic meter LNG storage tank price
60-cubic-meter LNG storage tank is a low-temperature insulated vacuum powder-insulated tank. Its structure consists of an inner and an outer container forming a double-layered vessel. The material used is Austenitic stainless steel, with the outer container material selected as Q235-B or 16MnR depending on the user's location. The space between the inner and outer containers is filled with insulating material, pumice, and vacuumed. The insulating material is filled with pumice in a heated state and then vacuumed.

60-cubic-meter LNG Storage Tank: Development of Liquefied Natural Gas Storage Tanks
With the development of the gas industry and natural gas industry, the application of liquefied natural gas (LNG) storage tanks has become increasingly widespread. In addition to large and extra-large horizontal low-temperature storage tanks for large LNG facilities and LNG receiving stations, air separation units, small and medium-sized LNG facilities, LNG storage and distribution stations, and LNG gasification stations generally equip themselves with small and medium-sized horizontal low-temperature storage tanks, with capacities typically below 10,000 cubic meters. As the core equipment of such facilities, the selection of the tank type significantly affects the overall cost and operational expenses of the installation. Choosing the appropriate type of horizontal low-temperature storage tank to meet the installation requirements has become particularly important.
30, 60, 100 cubic meter LNG storage tanks
30, 60, and 100 cubic meter LNG tanks are frequently used in our production. We believe that this new type of LNG tank will be quickly embraced by a wide range of users. Compared to standard tanks, LNG tanks offer enhanced safety. These tanks are categorized by size into: small LNG tanks, ranging from 5 to 30 cubic meters, commonly used in residential gas liquefaction systems, LNG vehicle refueling stations, etc.; medium-sized LNG tanks, from 30 to 150 cubic meters, often used in satellite liquefaction units, and are the ideal choice as a replacement for conventional tanks.
1. The storage system of the LNG tank consists of low-temperature storage tanks, affiliated pipelines, and control instruments, yet it falls under the category of low-temperature storage tanks as well.
2. All lng storage tank piping is made of austenitic stainless steel tubes. Austenitic stainless steel tubes offer excellent low-temperature properties.
3. They can be further categorized into vertical (lng) tanks, featuring vacuum powder insulation technology. The inner tank and pipes are made of Austenitic S30408 stainless steel, while the outer shell is constructed from high-quality carbon steel Q345R pressure vessel steel plate. These lng tanks are not only long-lasting but also extremely safe to use, having gained widespread recognition.
