Structure of Gas Boilers
Burner
The construction of the gas burner consists of the following 5 systems:
1. Air Supply System. The function of the air supply system is to deliver air of a specific speed and volume into the combustion chamber. Its main components include: housing, fan motor, fan impeller, air gun combustion tube, air door controller, air door damper, cam adjustment mechanism, and diffuser disc.
2. Ignition System. The function of the ignition system is to ignite the mixture of air and fuel, with main components including: ignition transformer, ignition electrode, and high-voltage electrical cable. A safer type of ignition system is the electronic pulse igniter, widely used by manufacturers such as Zhuoyi Energy-Saving Gas Boilers. It is convenient and time-saving, requiring only a finger press to operate, and boasts high safety, preventing accidents caused by accidental extinguishing. In the event of a shutdown, the control system can promptly close the solenoid valve to cut off the gas supply.
3. Monitoring System. Its function is to ensure the safe and stable operation of the burner, with main components including flame monitor, pressure monitor, temperature monitor, etc.
4. Fuel System. The function of the fuel system is to ensure the fuel required for the burner's combustion. The fuel system of oil-burning burners mainly includes: fuel pipes and fittings, fuel pumps, solenoid valves, nozzles, heavy oil pre-heaters. Gas-burning burners mainly consist of filters, regulators, solenoid valve groups, ignition solenoid valve groups, and fuel butterfly valves.
5. Electrical Control System. The electrical control system serves as the command and communication center for the aforementioned systems, primarily controlled by programmable controllers. Different programmable controllers are matched for different burners, with common types including: LFL series, LAL series, LOA series, LGB series. The main difference lies in the varying times for each program step. [1]
Controller
1. Full-color Chinese LCD screen with built-in incandescent night light, ensuring clear visibility of the screen content day and night.
2. The image animation displays the water level, heating, pump valve, and alarm status, making the boiler operation clear at a glance.
3. CPU Intelligent Central Processing Unit, all programs are concentrated on a single digital chip, with strong expandability, high level of automation, easy operation, and powerful functions.
4. Equipped with various control functions including time setting, temperature setting, pump valve setting, continuous setting, timing setting, and pressure setting, allowing for flexible work state adjustments.
5. Equipped with low water level alarm (anti-dry burning function), high water temperature alarm, high pressure alarm, and various alarm functions with interlock protection capabilities (shutdown), to eliminate potential safety hazards.
6. Detailed self-diagnosis, record-keeping, and easy maintenance checks.
