Cautionary Notes

1. Cylinders must be stored in well-ventilated areas, with a minimum distance of 1.5 meters from any fire or heat source. Cylinders are strictly prohibited from being heated with fire, boiled, or left in direct sunlight. Regular inspections should be conducted for gas tightness of cylinder valves and pipeline joints, ensuring no leakage. Leaks can be checked using soap water, but open flames are strictly forbidden for leak testing.

2. When lighting the device, ignite the primer first, followed by opening the gas; do not reverse the order. Always have someone supervising during use to prevent leaving and avoid boiling water spilling out, which could extinguish the flame and cause the liquefied gas to leak and potentially explode. After use, the valve on the gas cylinder must be tightly closed to prevent any gas leaks.

3. Do not deplete the liquefied gas in the cylinder completely; a certain residual pressure must be maintained. The residual pressure should generally be greater than 49.03 kPa (i.e., 0.5 kg/cm², gauge pressure) to prevent air from entering the cylinder. After the liquefied petroleum gas is used up, the remaining residue in the cylinder is also flammable and should not be disposed of at will to avoid fires caused by the residue's flow and evaporation.

4. LPG cylinders are pressurized containers that require proper maintenance and regular inspections. Prevent the cylinders from falling or being struck during handling and use. Do not use metal tools to敲击 open the valve, and protect them from direct sunlight and prolonged exposure to rain. The cylinders should generally be inspected every 2 years.

5. Although the explosive range of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) is not very wide, its lower limit is small, making it easy to ignite and explode upon leakage. Additionally, as LPG is heavier than air, it tends to flow downward in the air, accumulating in low-lying areas and posing a hidden danger of gas explosion. Therefore, areas where gas can leak require more than just window ventilation; attention must be given to lower-level ventilation as well.

6. When liquid gas leakage is detected indoors, promptly open windows and doors for ventilation, allowing it to disperse towards a direction without open flame. It is strictly prohibited to ignite any fire nearby. Only after the fault is resolved and the distinctive odor has dissipated can the area be used again. Waste liquid on the ground should be covered with sand and soil before being removed to a safe location. In case of a gas cylinder fire, immediately close the valve, move it to an open area outdoors, and extinguish the fire using dry powder extinguishing agent, carbon dioxide extinguishing agent, or by covering it with a wet sack.

7. Educate children not to play with gas cylinders at will, and users must be aware of the safety knowledge for using gas cylinders.

1.1 Introduction to Station Pressure Regulation Process

1.2 Pre-Pressure Regulator Preparation

Wear personal protective equipment, including antistatic suits, static-proof shoes, and safety helmets, etc.

(2) Ensure that devices prone to static electricity, such as smartphones and computers, are placed in a safe area. Check if the surrounding environment is secure and meets the operational requirements.

(3) Before entering, touch the static discharge equipment with both hands to release static electricity.

(4) Verify that all pressure adjustment tools, such as explosion-proof wrenches, are fully equipped.

(5) Inspect that the tank's pressure gauge, level gauge, thermometer, combustible gas detector, and safety valve are operating normally.

(6) Inspect that the pipeline valves, pressure gauges, and safety valves are in normal working condition.
