Hezhou Group 60 cubic meter LNG tank price
60-cubic-meter LNG tank is a low-temperature vacuum-insulated tank with a double-wall structure consisting of an inner and an outer container. The materials used are Austenitic stainless steel for the outer container, which is selected as Q235-B or 16MnR based on the user's location. The space between the inner and outer containers is filled with pearlite insulation material and then evacuated. The insulation material is a vacuum-filled pearlite in its heated state.

60 cubic meter LNG storage tank development
With the development of the gas industry and natural gas industry, the application of liquefied natural gas (LNG) storage tanks has become increasingly widespread. In addition to large and extra-large horizontal low-temperature storage tanks used in large LNG facilities and LNG receiving stations, air separation units, small and medium-sized LNG facilities, LNG storage and distribution stations, and LNG gasification stations generally equip themselves with small and medium-sized horizontal low-temperature storage tanks, with capacities typically below 10,000 cubic meters. As the core equipment of these facilities, the selection of the tank type significantly affects the overall cost and operational expenses of the unit. Choosing the appropriate type of horizontal low-temperature storage tank to meet the installation requirements has become particularly important.

Low-temperature storage tanks are commonly used in the industrial gas sector, where the applications are vast. Industries such as steel mills, chemical processing, oil and gas, food, and aerospace all require gases. Industrially, gases like oxygen, nitrogen, and argon, which are in high demand, are separated from air by compressing and liquefying it, based on the different boiling points of oxygen, nitrogen, and argon, and then stored in low-temperature storage tanks.
The company has two sandblasting rooms, and all tanks are treated with an air-powered steel shot sandblasting process to remove rust, ensuring both exterior quality and paint quality. (After overall sandblasting and rust removal, the paint adhesion is enhanced, significantly extending the lifespan of the paint.)
Each unit undergoes hydrostatic testing to ensure equipment strength and safety; each unit is tested for airtightness to guarantee sealing performance. After hydrostatic testing, the internal air is blown clean; then, the openings of each pipe are sealed with plastic plates to prevent secondary contamination from the outside.
Huzhou Boiler Factory Co., Ltd.'s Pressure Vessel Department mainly produces 5-200 cubic meter liquefied gas storage tanks, liquid ammonia tanks, etc. The liquefied petroleum gas storage tank series is designed, manufactured, and inspected in accordance with the GB150-2011 standard, using Q345R steel plates specifically for pressure vessels. The entire tank is rolled using CNC coiling equipment and features fully automatic gas shielded welding technology, with strong and aesthetically pleasing welds. After passing through an overall annealing furnace heat treatment, the internal stress of the tank is better eliminated, enhancing the material's toughness and hardness, offering superior results compared to resistance wire heat treatment. The liquefied gas storage tanks undergo 100% X-ray inspection to ensure the steel plates and welds meet technical requirements. High-pressure jet small steel shot blasting is used for rust removal, which is much more effective than manual or sandpaper polishing. Then, four coats of paint are applied: two anti-rust and two topcoats, ensuring the tank does not require repainting for many years. Each tank is inspected and certified by the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau before shipment, making it universally applicable across the country.
