An Organic Heat Carrier Furnace (abbreviated as Heating Furnace) is a new type of heating equipment that uses coal, oil, gas, and biomass as fuels and flue gas as the heat source. It employs thermal oil (such as L-QB, L-QC, L-QD, etc.) as the heat carrier, circulated by a forced circulation pump, to transfer heat to the heat-using equipment and then return to the heating furnace for reheating. It is a high-temperature, low-pressure, and energy-saving device with a heating temperature up to 340°C. It operates at a working pressure below 1.0 MPa and is reliable due to its liquid-phase state.

Fuel/Gas Thermal Oil Heater is a modular forced circulation vertical fuel (gas) boiler. The boiler body has a compact heating surface structure, consisting of inner and outer closely packed discs. The inner disc pipes form a radiant heating surface, while the outer surface of the outer disc pipes forms a convective heating surface. The boiler consists of an upper body and a lower combustion chamber, assembled on-site. After the fuel is fully combusted in the combustion chamber, most of the heat is absorbed by the radiant heating surface. The high-temperature flue gas then enters the convective heating surface for heat exchange. After leaving the boiler, it heats the air required for boiler combustion in the air preheater, and is then sent to the chimney and released into the atmosphere by the induced draft fan. Points to note when using Fuel/Gas Thermal Oil Heater: 1. Operate strictly according to the heating curve. 2. Do not use when the pressure difference is unstable. 3. Stop the thermal oil circulation pump only when the oil temperature drops below 80°C. 4. Ensure good thermal oil circulation during high-temperature operation. 5. Maintain a high liquid level of thermal oil in the high-level tank during normal operation, and a low liquid level in the storage tank. 6. Do not exceed the allowable working temperature of the thermal oil for the outlet temperature. 7. Do not use water to extinguish the furnace during emergency shutdown. 8. Do not mix different types of thermal oil. 9. The vent of the oil storage tank should be connected to a safe area. 10. The initial heating speed must be carried out according to the heating curve. 11. Start the induced draft fan before the blower, and stop the blower before stopping the induced draft fan. 12. The boiler room should be equipped with electrical and oil fire fighting equipment.
