Y(Q)W Series Fuel (Gas) Organic Heat Carrier Furnace Product Brief

An Organic Heat Carrier Boiler (abbreviated as Heating Boiler) is a new type of heating equipment that uses coal, oil, gas, and生物质 as fuels and flue gas as the heat source. It employs heat carriers such as L-QB, L-QC, L-QD, etc., to force the circulation of the heat carrier phase through a circulating oil pump. After transferring heat to the heat-using equipment, the heat is returned to the heating boiler for reheating. It is a high-temperature, low-pressure, energy-saving device with a heating temperature of up to 340°C, and typically operates at a working pressure below 1.0 MPa. Due to its liquid phase operation, it is reliable.

There are three types of controllers: the standard model, a bilingual LCD menu model, and a screen-type model with human-machine dialogue for remote control. A thermal oil heater is a new type of special boiler with low pressure and high-temperature operating characteristics, capable of heating temperatures up to 340°C in the liquid phase or 400°C in the vapor phase. Organic thermal carriers can be used for heating in various production environments where a uniform and stable heating is required, and direct flame heating is not allowed, within the temperature range of 150°C to 380°C. The thermal oil heater, fueled by gas, uses thermal oil as the medium and employs a thermal oil circulation pump to force the medium into a liquid-phase circulation, transferring heat to the heat-consuming equipment and then returning it to the heater for reheating. This allows for high operating temperatures at low pressure and enables high-precision control of the medium's operation. The system has a high thermal utilization rate, is easy to operate and maintain due to its modular installation, and is an ideal, safe, efficient, and energy-saving heating equipment. After the fuel oil (gas) is ignited by the burner, the high-temperature flame enters the inner coil to form a radiant heating surface. After rotating 180° forward through the rear of the inner coil, it enters the annular space between the inner and outer tubes to form a convective heating surface. Then, it enters the second annular space above the middle and outer coils, and finally, it exits through the chimney into the atmosphere at the rear of the second annular space.
