Principle of Operation for Gas Boilers:
Water inside the boiler drum is continuously heated by the energy released from the combustion of gas fuel in the furnace. As the temperature rises, it produces pressurized steam. Since the boiling point of water increases with pressure, the boiler is sealed, and the expansion of steam is restricted inside, creating pressure to form thermal energy (strictly speaking, the steam in the boiler is formed by water being heated to saturation in the drum at a constant pressure and then vaporizing). As a source of energy, it is widely utilized.

This is a quick-installation horizontal internal combustion boiler with three return passages. It features an offset furnace tube semi-wet-back structure, where high-temperature flue gases sequentially wash over the second and third return passages, and then are exhausted into the atmosphere through the rear smoke chamber and chimney. The overall structure is rational, compact, and belongs to the boiler island type, meeting the conditions for quick assembly and factory shipment. The product is composed of three main parts upon leaving the factory: the boiler main unit, chimney, and pipeline system. The main unit and chimney sections have been fully manufactured within the factory, with the pipeline valves and instruments for the main unit already pre-installed. Upon arrival at the site, simply assemble the main unit and chimney. Once the gas, power, and water pipelines are connected on-site, the equipment can be tested. This significantly reduces the installation period while ensuring product quality.

The boiler's main unit features an integrated structure, with the burner mounted on the front smoke box cover, and the main body primarily arranged with heating surfaces and combustion chambers. It boasts a reasonable and compact structure, low steel consumption, an inclined wave furnace drum, and insulation using a new type of lightweight thermal insulation material. A gas thermal oil heater is a new type of special boiler with low pressure and high-temperature operating characteristics, capable of heating temperatures up to 340°C in the liquid phase or 400°C in the vapor phase.
