Atmospheric pressure hot water boilers are mainly categorized by the type of fuel, including atmospheric pressure gas-fired hot water boilers, atmospheric pressure oil-fired hot water boilers, and atmospheric pressure coal-fired hot water boilers, etc.

Usage

Hot water boilers are primarily used for heating and bathing purposes. They circulate the hot water in the storage tank through a hot water circulation pump, repeatedly heating the water in the tank to achieve the bathing function. The hot water boiler also circulates hot water through the heating pipes with the help of a circulation pump, which, when passed through radiators (heating panels), meets the heating needs. The combination of the hot water boiler, hot water circulation pump, and heat exchanger allows for both bathing and heating functionalities.

Atmospheric pressure fuel (gas) hot water boilers, fueled by diesel or natural gas, heat water through burners to achieve heating and supply hot water for domestic use and bathing. The boiler can independently meet heating needs as well as hot water supply. Control System

Equipped with a dedicated microcomputer controller for hot water boiler, featuring a large full Chinese LCD screen with a super-bright backlight, ensuring the boiler's operating status is clearly visible day and night. Comprehensive display includes: circulation pump operation, burner operation, water temperature, water level high/low, current time, alarm records, and more, covering all aspects of the boiler's operation; easy to set up: after the boiler is turned on, operators can freely enter standby mode (settings), switch to operation mode (start), or exit operation mode (stop) through 6 keys. They can also freely set operating parameters while in standby mode; complete functions: allows setting current time, alarm temperature, water temperature upper limit, water temperature lower limit, circulation pump start/stop temperature, and boiler on/off time (divided into 4 time periods) among other operating parameters. Typically, operators only need to press the "start" button to turn on the boiler and the "stop" button to turn it off, making it very simple.

2. Combustion System

Utilizing original imported burners, featuring fully automatic programmed control, automatic fan sweeping, electronic automatic ignition, automatic oil-gas combustion, precise oil-gas ratio adjustment, excellent atomization, complete combustion, energy-saving and environmentally friendly, equipped with an automatic shutdown protection device for safe combustion. Under normal conditions, the burner output adjusts the flame length automatically with the boiler temperature. When the boiler outlet temperature reaches the set value, the burner automatically stops combustion. When the temperature falls below the set value, the burner automatically starts working. In case of abnormal fuel or air supply, the fault light illuminates, and the programmed control immediately stops fuel output, automatically shutting down the combustion unit.

3. Furnace design

Boilers are designed for atmospheric pressure operation, featuring an air vent at the top to ensure safety from explosion risks. The boiler body is designed through computer-optimized simulation, perfectly optimizing the dimensions for a harmonious and aesthetically pleasing shape. The CLHS vertical boiler employs a bottom-mounted burner combustion method, where fuel burns at a slight positive pressure inside the furnace. The high-temperature flue gas undergoes radiant heat exchange inside the furnace and then enters the smoke tubes for convective heat exchange before being exhausted through the top smoke box. Baffle plates are inserted into the flue tubes to slow down the exhaust speed of flue gas, enhance heat exchange, and ensure that the heat generated by fuel combustion is maximally transferred to the boiler water, significantly improving the boiler's thermal efficiency. The CWNS horizontal boiler uses a full-wet-back three-pass structure, with a long flue gas flow path to reduce exhaust gas temperature. The full corrugated furnace pot creates strong flame disturbance, significantly enhancing the heat transfer coefficient and effectively preventing equipment lifespan reduction due to metal thermal expansion and contraction. Large-diameter flue tubes and large gap bridges allow for a thin scale buildup on the boiler in equal time, making cleaning easier.

4. Multi-layer Protection

The boiler features multiple safety protections: leakage protection automatically cuts off power in case of leakage; overheat protection stops the burner and sounds an alarm when the boiler water temperature exceeds the alarm temperature; secondary overheat protection cuts off the secondary circuit and stops the boiler when the outer shell temperature surpasses 105℃; dry burn protection constantly monitors water level with a high-quality water level electrode rod, stopping the boiler in case the water level reaches or falls below the critical level, preventing dry burn hazards.
