Gas boiler working principle:

Water inside the pot (pot shell) is continuously heated by the energy released from the combustion of the gas fuel in the furnace. As the temperature rises, it produces pressurized steam. Since the boiling point of water increases with pressure, the pot is sealed, and the expansion of the steam is restricted, creating pressure and forming thermal power (strictly speaking, the steam in the boiler is formed by water heated to saturation at a constant pressure in the pot shell and then vaporized). As a source of energy, it is widely used.

1. The design, manufacturing, and supervision inspection of the boiler strictly adhere to the "Regulations for Safety Supervision of Steam Boilers," JB/T 10094-2002 "General Technical Conditions for Industrial Boilers," and JB/T 1619-2002 "Technical Conditions for the Manufacturing of Shell Boilers," ensuring the long-term safe and stable operation of the boiler.

2. The body features a shell-type full-wet back, countercurrent three-pass flue gas tube structure. The flame burns micro-positive pressure within the large combustion chamber, fully extending, with low combustion heat load and minimal NOx emissions.
