Energy Saver: ND Steel Advantages

ND steel is currently the most ideal steel for "withstanding low-temperature dew point corrosion" both domestically and internationally. It is widely used in the manufacturing of devices and equipment such as economizers (energy savers), air preheaters, heat exchangers, and evaporators that operate in high-humidity flue gas environments to resist dew point corrosion caused by flue gas. ND steel also has the ability to withstand chloride ion corrosion. The main evaluation criteria for seamless steel tubes and plates made of 09CrCuSb (ND steel) are that the corrosion rate does not exceed 14mg/cm2·h after immersion in a 70°50% H2SO4 solution for 24 hours. Compared to carbon steel, Japanese-imported similar steel, stainless steel, and other corrosion-resistant capabilities, it is 1.84 times that of Japanese CR1R steel, 2.97 times that of 1Cr18Ni9 steel, 8.63 times that of Corten steel, and 14.11 times that of Q235B steel. ND steel's superior performance in withstanding dew point corrosion and its very high cost-performance ratio make it a completely suitable substitute for stainless steel and the best material to exceed stainless steel in terms of dew point corrosion resistance. Product Introduction:

WNS fuel (gas) steam and hot water condensing boilers with external integrated finned tube economizers, independent condensers, compact structure, and easy maintenance, offer highly significant energy-saving effects. The thermal efficiency exceeds 100% based on the lower heating value of the fuel. To meet customer requirements, a combination of programmable logic controller (PLC) and a touch screen can be utilized, along with additional buttons, to achieve a dual-path intelligent control system for manual and automatic operation. Interfaces can be pre-installed for remote control capabilities.

The WNS series fully automatic fuel (gas) steam boilers (novel utility patent) feature a horizontal three-pass wet-back structure, improving the boiler's operating environment and enhancing efficiency and lifespan. All flue gas channels are submerged in water, equipped with a surplus hot water tank and a comprehensive insulation jacket design. The smoke box is sealed with a labyrinth structure, preventing any smoke leakage. The boiler achieves a thermal efficiency of over 85%, utilizing a combination of corrugated and conical furnace tubes with excellent expansion properties. The furnace tube size matches the flame, reducing the flue gas flow area sequentially, ensuring uniform flow of flue gas and maximizing heat exchange time in the furnace for better heat transfer. A high-performance burner perfectly matched with the boiler is used for full automatic regulation, ensuring complete combustion, fuel savings, and reduced pollution. Ultra-fine glass wool with high insulation properties is used to minimize heat loss. An intelligent energy-saving control system is employed to regulate the boiler and steam (water) supply systems, adjusting fuel supply based on different loads for greater energy efficiency. The installation is a complete quick-installation boiler, with minimal vibration and no special foundation requirements; it does not require anchor bolts, making installation simple and straightforward. The movable furnace head structure allows for compatibility with various burners, easy replacement of the furnace head, and quick maintenance of the furnace body. The front and rear smoke boxes are designed with removable, movable structures, enabling convenient internal inspection, maintenance, and care. Product Features:

1. The design, manufacturing, and supervision inspection of the boiler strictly adhere to the "Regulations for Safe Supervision of Steam Boilers," JB/T 10094-2002 "General Technical Conditions for Industrial Boilers," and JB/T 1619-2002 "Technical Conditions for Shell-type Boiler Manufacturing," ensuring the long-term safe and stable operation of the boiler.

2. The body features a pot shell-type full-wet back downstream three-pass smoke tube structure. The flame burns at a slight positive pressure within the large combustion chamber, fully extending, resulting in low combustion heat load and minimal NOx emissions.

3. Wave-shaped furnace tube and threaded flue structure, which enhances strength while meeting the expansion requirements of each part.

4. All main welds are joined by butt welding and have been inspected by X-ray and ultrasonic non-destructive testing to ensure the welding quality meets national standards.

5. The boiler has a large water volume and gas space, with strong load adaptation capability. The design of the internal equipment is reasonable, ensuring the steam moisture content is less than 4%, meeting the higher quality requirements of steam from the user.

6. Utilizes advanced thermal insulation materials, lightweight, with minimal heat loss and excellent thermal retention properties.

7. The water level alarm uses stainless steel as the electrode rod and polytetrafluoroethylene as the insulating material. It can be inserted from above, is less prone to dirt, performs reliably, and has a long service life.

8. The front and rear cigarette boxes are hinged for easy opening, facilitating convenient and quick maintenance.

9. Oxygen Content Regulation (Optional): This system successfully monitors the oxygen content in flue gas and transmits the data in real-time to the control system. Through intelligent analysis by the computer, it automatically adjusts the proportion of the combustion equipment, keeping it in perfect working condition. This significantly improves combustion efficiency, thereby greatly reducing fuel consumption.

System Protection:

The boiler features multiple safety protections: electric leakage protection, which automatically cuts off power in case of leakage; overheat protection, which stops the burner and sounds an alarm when the boiler water temperature exceeds the alarm temperature; secondary overheat protection, which cuts off the secondary circuit and stops the boiler when the outer shell temperature exceeds 105℃; dry burning prevention protection, which uses a precision water level electrode rod to monitor the water level in real-time, stopping the boiler and preventing dry burning in case the water level reaches or falls below the critical level due to other reasons.
