Principle of Operation for Gas Boilers:

Water inside the pot (pot shell) is continuously heated by the energy released from the combustion of gas fuel in the furnace, causing the temperature to rise and generating pressurized steam. As water's boiling point increases with pressure, the pot is sealed, and the expansion of steam inside is restricted, creating pressure to form thermal power (strictly speaking, the steam in the boiler is formed by water heated to saturation in the pot shell at a constant pressure and then vaporizing). As an energy source, it is widely used.

The integrated low-NOx condensing boiler features a large vapor phase space and an internal high-efficiency steam-water separator, reducing steam humidity to below 3%. It employs advanced digital intelligent control technology for precise remote monitoring of the entire combustion process. Reliable imported electrical components ensure safe operation.
