CLHS/CWNS Fuel Gas Hot Water Boiler 1. Computerized Hot Water Boiler Controller, all functions are magically stored on a smart chip. The boiler can be turned on with one button, operates automatically with timed and temperature settings. Users can set the boiler's start and stop times. Once set, no one needs to be on duty, saving time and effort.

2. Equipped with a dual-fuel burner that operates on both oil and gas, featuring high automation. It automatically blows according to the controller's instructions, with electronic automatic ignition and combustion. It automatically adjusts the air-to-fuel (or gas) ratio. The performance is safe and stable with excellent combustion results. It also includes an extinguishing protection device to ensure safe operation.

3. The flue tube is fitted with flame-retardant baffles, which slow down the exhaust gas velocity, enhance heat exchange, and result in lower temperature exhaust gas from the smoke chamber. This reduces heat loss and saves fuel.

4. Large font display of water temperature for easy monitoring of the boiler and system operation. Water temperature can be set freely from 10℃ to 90℃, with the boiler automatically heating the system or providing hot water for domestic and bathing use.

5. The control system regulates the start and stop of the circulating pump based on the boiler water temperature. For heating with a hot water boiler, the hot water circulating pump starts when the boiler water reaches the set upper temperature limit, and stops when it falls below the set lower temperature limit. For bathing with a hot water boiler, the hot water circulating pump stops when the boiler water reaches the set upper temperature limit, and starts when it falls below the set lower temperature limit.

6. Horizontal fuel-gas hot water boiler features a three-pass full-wet back structure. It employs a large furnace and large flue design to increase the radiant heat absorption in the furnace, effectively saving energy and reducing consumption. The use of threaded flue tubes and corrugated furnace tubes greatly enhances heat transfer efficiency, significantly reducing fuel consumption.

7. The unit is equipped with overheat protection (the burner automatically stops and beeps an alarm when the water temperature inside the furnace exceeds the high limit), secondary overheat protection (the secondary circuit is automatically disconnected when the boiler shell temperature exceeds 105℃), dry-burn protection against water shortage (the boiler stops working and emits a beep alarm when the water level is below the extremely low level), and electric leakage protection for the boiler (the power supply is automatically disconnected when the control system detects electrical leakage or a short circuit).
