Energy Saver: ND Steel Advantages

ND steel is the most ideal steel for "withstanding low-temperature dew point corrosion" both domestically and internationally. It is widely used in the manufacture of devices such as economizers (energy savers), air preheaters, heat exchangers, and evaporators that operate in high-content flue gas environments, to resist dew point corrosion in flue gas. ND steel also has the ability to withstand chloride ion corrosion. The main evaluation criteria for seamless steel tubes and plates of 09CrCuSb (ND steel) (immersed in a 70°50% H2SO4 solution for 24 hours) is a corrosion rate not exceeding 14mg/cm2·h. Compared to carbon steel, imported Japanese similar steel, and stainless steel in terms of corrosion resistance, it is 1.84 times that of Japanese CR1R steel, 2.97 times that of 1Cr18Ni9 steel, 8.63 times that of Corten steel, and 14.11 times that of Q235B steel. I. Overview

This is a quick-installation horizontal internal combustion three-pass fire-tube boiler. It features an offset furnace tube semi-wet-back structure, where high-temperature flue gases sequentially wash the second and third pass flue tubes, and then are exhausted into the atmosphere through the rear smoke chamber and chimney. The boiler is equipped with removable front and rear smoke box lids for easy maintenance. The boiler is fitted with world-renowned burners and incorporates advanced technologies such as automatic proportional combustion control, automatic water regulation, programmed start/stop, and automatic operation. It also has high and low water level alarms, as well as automatic protection functions for extremely low water levels, excessive steam pressure, and extinguishing. This model boiler boasts a compact structure, high safety and reliability, easy operation, rapid installation, low pollution, low noise, and high efficiency, making it widely applicable for industrial steam supply in enterprises, hotels, office buildings, residential buildings, and other facilities, as well as for steam used in heating and domestic water heating.

It can achieve all the necessary functions for the normal combustion of the fuel boiler, and can automatically implement protective shutdowns in normal, accident, and emergency conditions. It is equipped with corresponding water level controllers and pressure proportional regulators to indicate and adjust high and low water levels, over-pressure, and ensure that water levels fluctuate within the normal range and steam pressure within the permitted pressure range. It also provides protective shutdown indicators when the water level is extremely low or over-pressure occurs.

II. Key Features

1. The overall structure is reasonable, compact, and belongs to the boiler island type, meeting the requirements for quick assembly and factory shipment. The product is composed of three main parts upon leaving the factory: the boiler main unit, chimney, and pipeline system. The main unit and chimney sections are already fully manufactured at the factory. The pipeline valves and instruments for the main unit are pre-installed. Upon arrival at the site, simply assemble the main unit and chimney. Connecting the gas, power, and water supply lines allows for immediate testing. This significantly reduces the installation period while ensuring product quality.

2. Advanced design performance. The boiler's main unit is an integral structure, with the burner assembly on the front smoke box cover, and the main body primarily arranged for the heating surface and combustion chamber sections. It features a rational and compact structure, low steel consumption, a biased corrugated furnace drum, and an insulation layer made of a new lightweight insulating material. The outer packaging is made of colored thin plates, with a rectangular shape, making the boiler's performance, weight, structural dimensions, and appearance significantly more advanced and aesthetically pleasing compared to domestic products of the same capacity. The water supply equipment for the boiler is configured on the boiler base on the right side of the boiler, making it an integral part of the main unit and eliminating the need for an additional foundation.
