CLHS/CWNS Fuel-Gas Hot Water Boilers 1. Computerized Hot Water Boiler Controller, all functions are magically stored on a single intelligent chip. The boiler can be started with one button, operating automatically with timed and temperature settings. Users can set the boiler's on/off times, and once set, no one needs to be on standby, saving time and effort.

2. Equipped with dual-fuel burners, capable of both oil and gas combustion, with high automation. It automatically blows according to the controller's instructions, features electronic automatic ignition, automatic combustion, and automatic proportioning of air/fuel (gas). It offers safe and stable performance with excellent combustion results. It also includes an extinguishing protection device to ensure safe operation.

3. The flue tube is fitted with flame-retardant baffles, which slow down the exhaust smoke speed, enhance heat exchange, and result in lower temperature smoke exiting the smoke chamber, reducing heat loss and saving fuel.

4. Large font display of water temperature for easy monitoring of boiler and system operation. Water temperature can be set freely from 10℃ to 90℃, with the boiler automatically heating the system or providing hot water for domestic and bathing use.

5. The control system regulates the start and stop of the circulating pump based on the boiler water temperature. For heating with a hot water boiler, the hot water circulating pump activates when the boiler water reaches the set upper temperature limit, and stops when it falls below the set lower temperature limit. For bathing with a hot water boiler, the hot water circulating pump stops when the boiler water reaches the set upper temperature limit, and starts when it falls below the set lower temperature limit.

6. Horizontal oil-gas fired hot water boiler features a three-pass full-wet back structure. It employs a large furnace and large flue design to increase the radiation heat absorption in the furnace, effectively reducing energy consumption. The use of threaded flues and corrugated furnace tubes greatly enhances heat transfer, significantly saving fuel consumption.

7. The entire unit is equipped with overheat protection (the burner automatically shuts off and emits an alarm when the internal water temperature exceeds a high limit), secondary overheat protection (the secondary circuit is automatically disconnected when the boiler shell temperature exceeds 105℃), dry-burn and low-water protection (the boiler stops operating and emits an alarm when the water level is below the minimum), and electric leakage protection (the power supply is automatically disconnected when the control system detects electrical leakage or a short circuit).

8. Boilers are designed with atmospheric pressure structure, ensuring they operate in a non-pressurized state, posing no safety hazard.
