LNG storage tanks are specialized products for storing liquefied natural gas, classified as special equipment and type III pressure vessels. Made from 06Ni9DR material, these tanks undergo non-destructive testing, hydrostatic and pneumatic testing, and on-site inspection by the Technical Supervision Bureau, upon which a pressure vessel inspection certificate is issued. The manufacturing process includes external rust removal and painting. The storage tanks undergo rigorous quality assessment for the material, dimensions, weld quality, operational quality, installation quality, internal equipment, and safety accessories of the pressure components.

Routine physical and chemical tests for the drum material, such as mechanical properties and chemical composition.

The welding joints, welds, tank end caps, and the geometric positions of all pressure elements are rigorously inspected through X-ray non-destructive testing and magnetic particle inspection. Tests are conducted for the product's sealing, pressure resistance, and all technical indicators that could affect the safe operation of the product.

Liquid oxygen can adhere to clothing and fabrics, and upon encountering an ignition source, it can cause spontaneous combustion, posing a risk to personal safety.
