This product is a horizontal fixed vacuum powder insulation low-temperature storage tank, featuring a double-layer cylindrical structure. The inner container is designed for storing low-temperature liquid natural gas, while the outer shell forms and protects the vacuum insulation space. The gap is filled with pearlescent sand and evacuated to create an effective insulation system. The design of the outer shell and support system can withstand the relevant external forces generated during manufacturing, transportation, installation, and use. The bottom of the tank is equipped with a complete set of valves, instruments, and safety devices for operation.

One, stainless steel sheets are sourced from Taiyuan Iron and Steel Plant, the leading manufacturer of stainless steel sheets in China, ensuring quality. Pipe materials are purchased from Anhui Tian Da Steel Pipe, the number one supplier of domestic stainless steel seamless pipes.

    Two, materials are all in accordance withGB150-2011The "Pressure Vessel" undergoes re-inspection, with material cutting performed by a CNC plasma cutting machine, ensuring strict control over the geometric dimensions of the cylinder sections.

    Three: Both longitudinal and circumferential seams are welded using submerged arc welding, resulting in good appearance and molding, and the inner shell undergoes100%XRay inspection.  

Vacuum Degree:

One, the inner and outer surfaces of the stainless steel liner are treated with degreasing and acid pickling passivation, while the carbon steel shell has undergone sandblasting and rust removal on both the inner and outer surfaces, ensuring the paint's adhesion, extending the paint's corrosion resistance lifespan, enhancing the stainless steel plate's corrosion resistance, and reducing the amount of air release from the sandwich, thereby guaranteeing the lifespan of the vacuum degree.   

    2. Prior to loading sand, perform a unique dehydration pre-treatment on pearl sand, and heat the sandwich layer with nitrogen to replace the air, significantly reducing the source of gas release.

    Three, the process of negative pressure filling and positive pressure compaction for sand ensures the uniformity of the sandwiched pearlescent sand. The use of vibration rod compaction technology maximizes the filling amount of the pearlescent sand, guaranteeing the insulating effect of the sandwich.  

    Four: Utilizing a unique vacuum extraction process, significantly reduces the vacuuming time for the inner shell and sandwich layers, ensuring the vacuum level of the sandwich exceeds national standards. Guarantees the vacuum level of the storage tank is3～5No reprocessing required within the year.

Appearance:

  One. Elbows are bent on a CNC bending machine, ensuring strict dimensional accuracy of the elbows. By not using elbow joints, pipe resistance is significantly reduced, and the aesthetic appearance of the external pipeline system is also improved.   

    The paint used is from the world-renowned Jotun brand, with two coats of primer and two coats of topcoat applied, ensuring the paint's longevity and the quality of the equipment's appearance.

The inner tank of the Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) storage tank is equipped with a safety system device featuring dual safety valves. In normal operation, one set is in working condition while the other is on standby. If the working safety valve trips, the manual pressure relief valve is immediately opened to release pressure to the highest working pressure of the tank. Simultaneously, the safety device is quickly switched to the standby system via the manual handle, effectively ensuring the tank's safety.
