This product is a horizontal fixed vacuum powder insulation low-temperature storage tank, featuring a double-layer cylindrical structure. The inner container is used to store low-temperature liquid natural gas, while the outer shell forms and protects the vacuum insulation space. The interlayer is filled with pearlescent sand and evacuated to create an effective insulation system. The design of the outer shell and support system can withstand the external forces generated during manufacturing, transportation, installation, and use. The bottom of the tank is equipped with a complete set of valves, instruments, and safety devices for operation. Safety: 1. The stainless steel is purchased from Taiyuan Iron and Steel Plant's stainless steel sheet, a leading domestic manufacturer of stainless steel sheets, ensuring quality. 2. The piping material is sourced from Anhui Tianda Steel Pipe, the first supplier of domestic stainless steel seamless pipes. 3. Materials are re-inspected according to GB150-2011 "Pressure Vessels," and cutting is done using CNC plasma cutting machines to严格控制 the geometric dimensions of the cylinder sections. 4. Both longitudinal and circumferential seams are welded using submerged arc welding, ensuring good appearance and 100% X-ray inspection of the inner shell. Vacuum Degree: 1. The inner and outer surfaces of the stainless steel inner shell are degreased and acid-washed passivated, and the outer surfaces of the carbon steel shell are sandblasted, ensuring paint adhesion and extending the paint's corrosion resistance, enhancing the stainless steel plate's corrosion resistance, and reducing the interlayer venting volume, thus ensuring the vacuum's lifespan. 2. Prior to sand filling, the pearlescent sand undergoes a unique dehydration pretreatment, and the interlayer is heated and purged with nitrogen gas, greatly reducing the venting source. 3. Sand filling uses vacuum filling and positive pressure compaction techniques, ensuring uniformity of the interlayer pearlescent sand. 4. A unique vacuum extraction process is used, significantly shortening the vacuum extraction time for the inner shell and interlayer, ensuring that the vacuum degree is superior to national standards. The tank's vacuum degree is guaranteed to not require reprocessing within 3 to 5 years. Appearance: 1. The bending of elbows is done on a CNC bending machine, strictly ensuring the geometric dimensions of the elbows. Elbows are not used for jointing, significantly reducing pipeline resistance and enhancing the aesthetics of the outer piping system. 2. Paint is applied using Jotun, a world-renowned brand, with two coats of primer and two coats of topcoat, ensuring paint longevity and equipment appearance quality.
