This product is a horizontal fixed vacuum powder insulation low-temperature storage tank, featuring a double-layer cylindrical structure. The inner container is used to store low-temperature liquid natural gas, while the outer shell forms and protects the vacuum insulation space. The gap is filled with pearl sand and evacuated to create an excellent insulation system. The design of the outer shell and support system can withstand the external forces generated during manufacturing, transportation, installation, and use. The bottom of the tank is equipped with a complete set of valves, instruments, and safety devices for operation. Safety: 1. All stainless steel is sourced from Taiyuan Iron and Steel Plant's stainless steel sheets, the leading domestic manufacturer of stainless steel sheets, ensuring quality. 2. Pipe materials are sourced from Anhui Tianda Steel Pipe, the top domestic supplier of stainless steel seamless pipes. 3. Materials are re-inspected according to GB150-2011 "Pressure Vessels." The cutting is done using a CNC plasma cutting machine, strictly controlling the geometric dimensions of the sections. 4. Longitudinal and circumferential seams are焊接 using submerged arc welding, with good appearance and the inner tank undergoes 100% X-ray inspection. Vacuum Degree: 1. Both the inner and outer surfaces of the stainless steel inner tank are degreased and acid pickled for passivation, and the outer surfaces of the carbon steel shell are blast cleaned, ensuring paint adhesion and extending the lifespan of the paint. This enhances the corrosion resistance of the stainless steel plate and reduces the release of gas from the gap, thus ensuring the lifespan of the vacuum degree. 2. Prior to sand filling, a unique dehydration pretreatment is applied to the pearl sand, and the gap is heated and purged with nitrogen gas, significantly reducing the gas source. 3. Sand filling is done using a vacuum filling and positive pressure compacting process, ensuring the uniformity of the gap's pearl sand. 4. A unique vacuum extraction process is used, significantly shortening the vacuum extraction time for the inner tank and gap, ensuring that the vacuum degree is superior to national standards. The tank's vacuum degree is guaranteed not to require reprocessing for 3 to 5 years. Appearance: 1. Elbows are bent on a CNC bending machine, strictly ensuring the geometric dimensions of the elbows. Elbows are not used for connection, greatly reducing pipeline resistance and improving the aesthetics of the external piping system. 2. Paint is applied using world-renowned Jotun brand paint, with two coats of primer and two coats of topcoat, ensuring paint lifespan and equipment appearance quality.
