This product is a horizontal fixed vacuum powder insulation low-temperature storage tank, featuring a double-layer cylindrical structure. The inner container is used for storing low-temperature liquid natural gas, while the outer shell forms and protects the vacuum insulation space. The intermediate layer is filled with pearlescent sand and evacuated to create an effective insulation system. The design of the outer shell and support system can withstand the related external forces during manufacturing, transportation, installation, and use. The bottom of the tank is equipped with a complete set of valves, instruments, and safety devices for operation. Safety: 1. The stainless steel is purchased from Taiyuan Iron and Steel Plant's stainless steel sheet, a leading domestic manufacturer of stainless steel plates, ensuring quality. The pipe material is sourced from Anhui Tian Da Steel Pipe, the first supplier of domestic stainless steel seamless tubes. 2. Materials are re-inspected according to GB150-2011 "Pressure Vessels." Cutting is done using a CNC plasma cutting machine, with strict control over the geometric dimensions of the cylinder sections. 3. The longitudinal and circumferential seams are焊接 using submerged arc welding, resulting in good appearance and 100% X-ray inspection of the inner shell. Vacuum Degree: 1. The inner and outer surfaces of the stainless steel inner shell are degreased and acid pickled, while the carbon steel outer shell is sandblasted for rust removal, ensuring paint adhesion and extending the paint's corrosion resistance, enhancing the stainless steel plate's corrosion resistance, and reducing the interlayer venting volume, thereby ensuring the vacuum degree's lifespan. 2. Before sand filling, the pearlescent sand undergoes a unique dehydration pretreatment, and the intermediate layer is heated and nitrogen-purged, significantly reducing the venting source. 3. Sand filling uses vacuum filling and positive pressure compaction techniques to ensure uniformity of the interlayer pearlescent sand. Vibrating rod compaction is used to maximize the filling volume of the pearlescent sand, ensuring the interlayer's refrigeration effect. 4. A unique vacuum evacuation process is employed, significantly shortening the evacuation time for the inner shell and intermediate layer, ensuring that the vacuum degree is above the national standard requirements. The tank's vacuum degree is guaranteed to not require reprocessing for 3-5 years. Appearance: 1. Elbows are bent on a CNC elbow bending machine, ensuring strict geometric dimensions. Elbows are not used for joining, which greatly reduces pipeline resistance and improves the aesthetics of the outer piping system. 2. Paint is applied using Jotun, a world-renowned brand, with two coats of primer and two coats of topcoat, ensuring paint lifespan and equipment appearance quality.
