SZSSeries boilers belong to the vertical double-drum room-style fire-tube boilers. These boilers are of the up-and-down drum type with water-cooled walls. Between the drum and the lower header, there are downcomers and water-cooled wall tubes, forming the framework of the combustion chamber.

Gas boilers include gas water boiler, gas hot water boiler, gas steam boiler, etc. The gas hot water boiler is also known as gas heating boiler and gas bathing boiler. As the name implies, gas boilers refer to boilers fueled by gas. 1. Air Distribution System
The function of the air supply system is to deliver air with a certain wind speed and volume into the combustion chamber, its main components include: the housing, fan motor,
Fan impeller, air gun nozzle, damper controller, damper blade, cam adjustment mechanism, diffuser disk.
2. Ignition System
The function of the ignition system is to ignite the mixture of air and fuel, with its main components including: ignition transformer, ignition electrode, and high-voltage ignition cable. A relatively safe type of ignition system is the electronic pulse igniter, widely used by manufacturers like Zhuoyi Energy-Saving for gas boilers. It is convenient and time-saving, requiring only a finger press to operate, and offers high safety, preventing accidents caused by accidental extinguishing. In case of a flame-out, the control system can promptly close the solenoid valve to shut off the gas supply.
3. Monitoring System
The function of the monitoring system is to ensure the safe and stable operation of the burner, with main components including flame sensors, pressure sensors, temperature sensors (as shown in the following illustration), etc.
4. Fuel System
The function of the fuel system is to ensure the fuel required for the burner's combustion. The fuel system of oil burners mainly includes: oil pipes and fittings, oil pumps, solenoid valves, nozzles, heavy oil preheaters. Gas burners primarily consist of filters, regulators, solenoid valve arrays, ignition solenoid arrays, and fuel butterfly valves.
5. Electric Control System
The electrical control system serves as the command and coordination center for all the aforementioned systems, primarily controlled by programmable controllers. Different programmable controllers are matched with various burners, with common types including the LFL series, LAL series, LOA series, and LGB series. The main difference lies in the varying duration of each program step.
