This product is a horizontal fixed vacuum powder insulation low-temperature storage tank, featuring a double-skin cylindrical structure. The inner container is used to store low-temperature liquefied natural gas, while the outer shell forms and protects the vacuum insulation space. The annular space is filled with pearl sand and evacuated to create an effective insulation system. The design of the outer shell and support system is capable of withstanding the related external forces generated during manufacturing, transportation, installation, and use. The tank bottom is equipped with a complete set of valves, instruments, and safety devices for operation.

One, stainless steel plates are purchased from Taiyuan Iron and Steel Plant, the leading domestic manufacturer of stainless steel plates, ensuring quality. The tubing is sourced from Anhui Tianda Steel Tube, the number one supplier of domestic stainless steel seamless tubes.

Vacuum Degree:

One, the inner and outer surfaces of the stainless steel lining are degreased and pickled passivated, the outer and inner surfaces of the carbon steel shell are sandblasted and rust removed, ensuring paint adhesion, extending the paint's corrosion resistance lifespan, enhancing the stainless steel plate's corrosion resistance, and reducing the amount of air release from the sandwich, thereby ensuring the lifespan of the vacuum degree.   

    2. Prior to loading sand, the pearl sand undergoes a unique dehydration pretreatment, and the interlayer is heated and replaced with nitrogen gas, greatly reducing the gas source.

    Three, the sand filling uses a vacuum filling and positive pressure compaction process, ensuring the uniformity of the sandwiched pearlescent sand. The vibration rod compaction technique is employed to maximize the filling amount of the pearlescent sand, thereby ensuring the insulation effect of the sandwich.  

    Four: Utilizing a unique vacuum extraction process, significantly reduces the vacuuming time for the inner tank and sandwich layers, ensuring that the vacuum degree of the sandwich layers exceeds the national standards. Guarantees the vacuum degree of the storage tank to be3～5No reprocessing required within the year.

Appearance:

  One. The bending of the pipe is carried out on a CNC bending machine, ensuring strict geometric dimensions of the pipe. No elbows are used for jointing, significantly reducing pipe resistance and enhancing the aesthetics of the external piping system.   

    The paint used is from Jotun, a world-renowned brand, with two coats of primer and two coats of topcoat, ensuring the longevity of the paint and the quality of the equipment's appearance.
