The safety control and protection system includes: alarms, interlocks, protection, and program control.

(5) BOG Heater; Since the large volume of BOG on-site is the vapor natural gas from the unloading of recovery tank trucks, the design capacity of the BOG air-temperature heater is calculated accordingly. The time for the unloading of vapor natural gas from recovery tank trucks is set at 30 minutes. Taking a 40m³ tank truck with a pressure reduction from 0.6MPa to 0.3MPa as an example, the required capacity for the BOG air-temperature vaporizer is calculated to be 240 ma/h. Generally, the BOG air-temperature heater is selected based on the number of tank trucks that can be unloaded simultaneously at the gasification station.

3. Program Control System: To prevent various accidental operations, we have designed an automatic control program for the boiler's startup and shutdown. Its functions include: press the start switch - equipment starts - pre-blowing of the furnace flue - ignition - ignition of the main burner - and a series of shutdown procedures.
