The tape filter relies on the liquid's own gravity to pass through the filter cloth, separating debris, thereby achieving liquid purification. The drive mechanism's chain and mesh create a certain depth of liquid pool, with the filter cloth laid on the chain and mesh. During operation, the dirty liquid carrying debris flows through a water cushioning device onto the non-woven fabric, where the debris is isolated by the filter cloth to form a filter cake. As the filter cake thickens, the liquid level rises, triggering the float level controller to send a signal. The reducer starts, dragging the filter cloth, and the debris and soiled cloth fall into the waste paper box, thereby automatically replacing the filter cloth; after the filter cloth is updated, the liquid level drops, the reducer stops rotating, and the machine enters the next stage of the filtration cycle. The purified liquid is then transported to the main unit by a pump.
