The oil-contaminated wastewater is pumped into the oil-water separator, where, after passing through the diffuser nozzle, the larger oil droplets float to the top of the left collection chamber.
2: Wastewater containing small oil droplets enters the lower section of the corrugated plate coalescer, where it coalesces the droplets into larger ones, which then accumulate in the right oil collection chamber.
3: Wastewater containing finer oil droplets passes through a fine filter to remove impurities from the water, then sequentially enters a fiber agglomeration unit, where the tiny oil droplets coalesce into larger ones, facilitating separation from water.
After separation, clean water is discharged through the exhaust port, the sludge oil in the left and right oil collection chambers is automatically discharged through solenoid valves, while the sludge oil separated in the fiber agglomerator is discharged through manual valves.
