Preparation before using the stamping mold

Before assembly, the mold surface must be cleaned and maintained to prevent damage to the mold installation surface and press worktable. Additionally, check for any abnormalities in all fastening parts.

2: Maintenance during the usage of stamping molds

Regularly lubricate all sliding parts of the mold to prevent wear caused by rough handling. Continuously monitor the mold's operating status and immediately stop and inspect if any anomalies are detected.

3: Removal after stamping mold usage

After mold usage, it must be removed from the press according to the correct operating procedure, without disassembling randomly. After disassembly, clean it thoroughly and oil it to prevent rust.
