The YT Special Fiber Thermoplastic Composite Film Production Line is an advanced machine designed and manufactured by our group, surpassing similar units both within and outside our company. It is specifically designed for surface lamination of woven fabrics. The machine uses PP or PE as raw materials, which are then extruded and laminated onto the base material.
This machine set is equipped with advanced electrical instruments, pneumatic clutch mechanisms, and mechanical devices throughout the entire process of extrusion, lamination, and winding. It achieves single and group control operations, enhancing the degree of automatic control. The extruder features automatic temperature control, variable speed adjustment, and hydraulic screen changer. The composite cold roller employs a sandwiched forced water cooling structure, and lamination is achieved through pressure from the steel and pressure rollers. The twin-position winding unit features adjustable trimming and devices, with all clutches between the unit and rollers controlled by electricity. Each part of the machine set is equipped with a speed regulator, allowing for single-speed adjustments or synchronized operations across different segments.
This unit features a reasonable structure, attractive appearance, easy operation, simple maintenance, advanced technology, low energy consumption, high efficiency, and smooth film lamination and winding with strong adhesion.
