Production Process: Proprietary special process cold pressing forming; bands below 80mm width feature continuous uniform helical blades made by continuous rolling; bands with large width, large outer diameter and small inner diameter, and large thickness have continuous uniform helical blades made by welding segmented uniform helical blades.

Product Advantages: Cold-pressed forming without affecting the physical properties of the spiral blade material; effectively guarantees the inner and outer diameters, pitch, and the perpendicular angle of the helical surface elements to the central axis; continuous, uniform thickness spiral blades with a width of 80mm or less are rolled continuously, with a smooth surface and no welds; large width, large outer diameter with small inner diameter, large thickness, and large pitch spiral blades are welded firmly with smaller welds, offering a smooth spiral curve and perfect spiral angle.
