The intermediate bearing assembly is mounted on the connecting shaft between the two helical shafts, including the bearing housing. The bearing housing's sides are equipped with bearing covers, and lubrication holes are provided at the installation position for attaching a lubricant injection device. The assembly is sealed well. After the hanging bearing assembly is installed in the helical conveyor, butter must be injected between the bearing and the hanging sleeve through the butter injection nozzle and the oiling tube. The purpose of oiling the hanging assembly is for lubrication. To prevent dry friction between the bearings on the intermediate shaft and the hanging sleeve, extending the service life of both the hanging sleeve and the bearings.
