Spiral blades are one of the most commonly used blades in modern conveyors. The key to their effective operation lies in controlling the processing distance between the blades. Properly managing the blade spacing during processing ensures an optimal working distance, which can reasonably enhance work efficiency.
1. The processing speed after cold rolling and cold forming significantly enhances the rigidity and wear resistance of the blades, featuring one-step forming and welding. It boasts a notable advantage: the assembly is simple, making it easy to upgrade production line tools.
2. If the original purpose is to prevent growth, the spacing of the helical blade after processing still depends significantly on the thickness of the steel strip. Generally, the thinner the steel strip is processed, the smaller the spacing becomes after the mandrel thickening, indicating better process conditions. Currently, the modal characteristics of the leaf film fluid are typically achieved in two ways: one is to determine the natural frequency of the fluid through the application of experience-based vibration frequency coefficient using a leaf movie in the air, and the other is to approximate the force transfer by treating the fluid force as equivalent to the mass of the blades and adding a standard mass, which is then implemented in the assembly method of the spiral blades with additional mass. When the impeller blades vibrate under working conditions, it inevitably leads to fluctuations in the adhesive pressure, and these fluctuations, along with their impact on the impeller blade vibration, constitute the fifth-generation computer system that is coupled with the adhesive and its solid.
Therefore, by controlling the processing distance of the spiral blades, we can ensure their effective operation and extend their lifespan to reduce the likelihood of damage. Thus, during the blade production process, we must strictly adhere to the aforementioned methods to control the processing distance, enabling the designed blades to be used more effectively.
