The IH type chemical pump is a single-stage, single-suction, cantilevered centrifugal pump. Its markings, rated performance points, and dimensions conform to the international standard ISO 2858-1975(E). It is a cost-saving and updated product determined by the Ministry of Mechanical Industry to replace the F-type corrosion centrifugal pump, capable of transporting corrosive liquids with viscosities similar to water in chemical processes.
The temperature of the medium being pumped is generally 20℃ to 105℃, and appropriate cooling measures should be taken if necessary; the temperature of the medium being transported can be higher.
The pump is designed with a working pressure limit of 16bar.
The performance range (design point) of this series of pumps: flow rate of 6.3~400 m³/h, head of 5~125 m.
Based on the corrosion of the pump due to the transported medium, users can select the appropriate material for the contacting part. The main material of the pump parts in contact with the medium is shown in the table below.

The product should comply with the provisions of GB2100-80 standard. For materials that do not have a national code, international or domestically recognized material codes (such as industry or company-specific codes) may be used.
