Product Introduction
Product Description
The梅花 coupler, also known as a claw coupler, is a widely used type of coupling, consisting of two metal claw disks and an elastic element. The metal claw disks are typically made of 45# steel, but aluminum alloys are also used in applications requiring high load sensitivity.

Product Features
couplings, also known as coupling joints, are mechanical components used to securely connect the driving shaft and the driven shaft of different mechanisms, allowing them to rotate together while transmitting motion and torque. They are sometimes also used to connect shafts to other parts (such as gears, pulleys, etc.). Typically, they consist of two halves connected by keys or tight fits, fastened at both ends of the shafts, and then joined together in some manner. Couplings can compensate for misalignment between the two shafts due to manufacturing or installation inaccuracies, deformation during operation, or thermal expansion, including axial, radial, angular, or composite misalignments; as well as mitigate impacts and absorb vibrations.
Most commonly used couplings are standardized or dimensioned, typically requiring only the correct selection of the coupling type, determination of the model and size. In case of necessity, load capacity checks can be performed on the vulnerable weak points. When operating at high speeds, calculations for centrifugal force on the outer periphery and deformation of the elastic elements are necessary, along with balance verification.
