Product Introduction
Product Description
The梅花 coupler, also known as a claw coupler, is a widely used type of coupling, consisting of two metal claw disks and an elastic element. The metal claw disks are typically made of 45# steel, but aluminum alloys are also used for their load sensitivity requirements.

Product Features
Couplings, also known as couplings, are mechanical components used to firmly connect the driving and driven shafts of different mechanisms, allowing them to rotate together and transmit motion and torque. They are also sometimes used to connect shafts to other parts (such as gears, pulleys, etc.). Typically composed of two halves, which are connected using keys or tight fits and secured at both ends of the shafts, then joined together in some manner. Couplings can compensate for offsets between the shafts due to manufacturing and installation inaccuracies, deformation during operation, or thermal expansion (including axial, radial, angular, or combined offsets); they also help to mitigate shocks and absorb vibrations.
Most commonly used couplings are standardized or specified, usually requiring only the correct selection of the coupling type, determination of the model and size. In cases of necessity, a load capacity check and calculation can be performed on the vulnerable parts. At high rotational speeds, centrifugal forces on the outer periphery and deformation of elastic elements should be calculated, and balance checks should be conducted.
