Product Description
Product Description
The梅花 coupling, also known as a claw coupling, is a widely used type of coupling, consisting of two metal claw disks and an elastic element. The metal claw disks are typically made of 45# steel, but aluminum alloy is also used for load sensitivity requirements.

Product Features
couplings, also known as coupling joints, are mechanical components used to firmly connect the driving and driven shafts of different mechanisms, allowing them to rotate together and transmit motion and torque. They are also sometimes used to connect shafts to other parts (such as gears, pulleys, etc.). Typically, they are composed of two halves, which are connected by keys or tight fits, secured at both ends of the shafts, and then joined together in some manner. Couplings can compensate for misalignments between the two shafts due to manufacturing and installation inaccuracies, deformation during operation, or thermal expansion, including axial, radial, angular, or combined misalignments; as well as mitigate shock and absorb vibration.
Most commonly used couplings are standardized or dimensioned. Generally, it's just a matter of selecting the correct type of coupling, determining the model and size. In case of necessity, load capacity calculations for the vulnerable parts can be performed; at high rotational speeds, centrifugal forces on the outer edge and deformation of elastic elements should be checked, as well as balance verification.
